Description

The wood plastic pelletizing line is a high-efficiency pelletizing equipment designed for the processing of wood plastic composite materials (WPC). It is widely used in the mixing and reprocessing of wood powder, plastics and other additives. The production line uses advanced twin-screw extrusion technology to fully mix, plasticize and extrude wood fibers (such as wood powder, straw powder) with plastics (such as PE, PP, PVC) to finally make high-quality wood plastic pellets, which are suitable for the production of wood plastic products such as flooring, furniture, etc.

In the wood plastic pelletizing line, wood powder and plastic raw materials are accurately proportioned and sent to the twin-screw extruder for melting and plasticization. After heating and plasticization, the material is extruded through the die head and quickly cooled through the cooling system. Finally, it is cut into uniform wood plastic pellets by the pelletizer.
