Main features of shredder system



1. Two-stage gate valves are designed between the two-stage gate valve and the nitrogen protection feed port, buffer bin and shredding chamber, and are equipped with nitrogen filling ports to fill nitrogen to reduce the oxygen concentration in the chamber, so that the shredding process will not cause fire alarms;



2. Precision machining and sealing design All joint surfaces of the equipment are precision machined, and heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant sealing rings are installed to ensure air tightness and avoid leakage of electrolytes, etc.;



3. Integrated knife roller and V-groove design uses an integrated solid knife roller to ensure overall strength and increase load; the roller surface is designed with a V-groove, which can adapt to the shredding of various forms of waste batteries with the adjustment of the spindle speed;



4. Safety system and intelligent monitoring supporting fire protection system and intelligent monitoring system, nitrogen protection system, fire extinguishing system and explosion relief valve together build a safety line of defense; temperature, pressure, flame, oxygen concentration are monitored online, and the operation risk of the entire equipment is minimized through PLC control.
