DYPS-P series crusher solves the problems of the wide PP/ABS/PMMA sheet and foam material (thickness between 0.2~3mm)’s crushing.

Compared with the general crusher, this crusher added a set of traction device, increase two groups of pressure roller, air pressure opening and closing, linear speed up to 30m/min, So as to improve the production efficiency.

The main shaft is made of high quality steel, tested by the dynamic and static balance testing, "V" shape cutting technology decrease the impact of side body. Body water cooling system avoids the sticking blades phenomenon caused by overheat in crusher body material. According to the requirements of customers,we can provide material suction and storage units and dust separation unit. It is more convenient to use.
